Changes to the Bylaws as of 10/8/2019

 
For the most part the document is the same, with these important distinctions:

Article 3 - We have discontinued the Couple Membership.

​

Article 10.2 - The yearly dues has increased slightly, and are now payable in two installments.

​

Article 10.6 - The Incentive program has been eliminated, members are now required to work one 5-hour shift at each event, subject to exemptions.

​

Article 10.8 - Members are requires to help with the Sunday clean up. This can be as simple as taking a bag of garbage to the dumpster.

​

Article 11.3 - All performers are able to take advantage of the Plus-One Policy.

Take advantage of our ticket upgrades and be treated like a VIP. These packages include weekend admission to the event, meals, snacks, beer and soft drinks, a custom event t-shirt, and a souvenir tumbler.

The All-inclusive Ticket Package: $165
Ultimate Bundle for Two: $500 (Includes a room in the Bed & Breakfast.)

Rates are for lodging on Friday and Saturday night. Lodging is only available for those purchasing a weekend festival pass.

(Single night lodging may be available, contact us HERE to request single night lodging.)

HKPP Bed & Breakfast Inn: $220

All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with two or three twin beds and/or bunk beds. Special parking spot. Breakfast on Saturday is included.


Cabins  We offer two sizes of furnished cabins.
Small Cabin: $360
Large Cabin: $440

Cabins are air conditioned and have a mini fridge, a private bathroom, and special parking.

RV Spots  There are a few sites for your RV, each with 20 amp electric.
Small RV Site: $80 small trailer, campervan, or pop-up camper, less than 6,500 lbs
Large RV: $150

​

Reserved Premium Campsite: $40

An extra large campsite with 20 amp electric service and camp-side parking for up to two cars.
